High quality olive oil produced in the area of Sitia, Crete. It is an extra virgin olive oil characterized as a PDO product of Sitia. The intense sunshine, the minimal rainfall, the olive groves located near the sea and at the same time at a high altitude favor the production of a unique olive oil with its own distinct identity. The art of cultivation and harvesting is a sacred process that is passed down from generation to generation. The olives are harvested in the traditional, manual way from the centuries-old olives of the Koroneiki variety. It is an exquisite olive oil with a strong fruity aroma, low acidity, high polyphenols which is the treasure of the Cretan land and the basis of the Mediterranean diet.
